Canadian Mustard Mills ("we") collects a small amount of information when you use
canadianmustardmills.ca. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Quote and quiz forms. If you request a quote or use the product finder,
we receive the details you enter (such as your name, company, email address and product
requirements). Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, and quiz recommendations
are emailed using EmailJS.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage
(pages visited, approximate location, device type). We use Microsoft Clarity, which can
record anonymized session replays to help us improve the site.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host (Netlify) logs standard
technical information such as IP addresses for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to quote requests, improve the website, and understand
what buyers are looking for. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can block analytics with a browser extension or "Do Not Track" setting. To ask us to
delete information you submitted through a form, email us and we will remove it.
